  • How do I apply for a job at Ramboll?

    All open positions are posted on our careers page. Simply go to Careers and search for open positions in the search bar.

    You can also search by country, market, job title or keywords. Find the position that is right for you and apply via our online application form.

  • How long does it take to fill out the application?

    You can complete the whole application process within 3 minutes by utilising your LinkedIn account. When you select ‘apply with LinkedIn’ you will be given and option to upload up to 5 documents, which can include your CV, cover letter and other documentation.
  • Can I apply for several positions at Ramboll at the same time?

    If you are interested in more than one position at Ramboll you can of course apply for several positions at the same time
  • Can I send an unsolicited application?

  • What can I expect from the application process?

    After submitting your application through our online form, your skills and experience will be assessed by our recruiters. If they believe there’s a match for the position, they’ll contact you for a brief phone or video interview followed by an in-person interview.

    At the initial interview you’ll typically meet the hiring manager responsible for the business are or department where you have applied. You’ll learn more about Ramboll as well as the position. And they will of course want to learn more about you.

    If you are invited for second interview, you will typically meet a representative from HR and/or other members of the team.Depending on which position you are applying for, we might ask you to fill out an assessment test before making a formal offer.

    Please note that the recruitment process may vary depending on the position you are applying for and the country it is based in.

  • What can I expect when I start at Ramboll?

    When you begin working at Ramboll, we do everything we can to make you feel welcome.

    On your first day you will be welcomed by your manager and taken for a tour around the office. You will also be assigned a buddy – an experienced to help you settle in and introduce you to your tasks.

    In the first months, you will take part in an extensive on-boarding programme where you will be introduced to what ‘Being Ramboll’ means.

    After the first three months, you will be integrated in our ‘Performance & Development Process’. You will have regular performance and development check-ins with your manager during the rest of the year.
