Mr. Jansen has since August 2008 headed a structural engineering department, specialized in design & architecture. The department was formed in relation to his appointment as head of department and now employs 22 engineers specialized in structural design.
Mr. Jansen is recognized as a highly experienced project manager of very large projects and tenders, and his extensive knowledge in the fields of design and management is second to none. Over the last few years Mr. Jansen has headed Ramboll's tender teams and won numerous 1st prizes including the 53.000 m2 Niels Bohr Building, the 35.000 m2 Mærsk Building (Panum), Strandlodsvej 27.000 m2, KLP office building 55.000 m2 and the GYP office building of 110.000 m2.
As the general project manager Bjarke Curtz Jansen is also responsible for the lead consultant team including engineers, architects, specialists and sub consultants on the highly advanced research facility Niels Bohr Building of the University of Copenhagen.
