Lone Tvis comes from a position as Executive Vice President, CHRO in Grundfos. Before this she has held senior HR roles in large international companies such as Arla Foods and Danfoss.

As Chief People Officer, Lone Tvis will have the overall responsibility for all HR related matters, organisational and cultural development and transformation, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, internal communication as well as corporate and social responsibility.

As part of the change, Senior Group Director Susanne Bjerre Mortensen has decided to look for new opportunities outside Ramboll but will continue in her current position until the new Chief People Officer is in place.
