Dr Anand Chandra
Based in Sydney, Anand has more than 17 years of consulting, regulatory and research experience. His expertise is in the characterisation and assessment of point source pollution and historical site contamination from organic and inorganic contaminants. Anand leads human health and ecological risk assessment for clients from a wide variety of industry sectors across Australia. This includes qualitative and quantitative risk assessment involving deterministic/probabilistic assessments and multi-pathway/multi-chemical exposures, development of site-specific exposure- and conceptual site models, calculation of site-specific remediation or screening criteria, and vapour intrusion assessment. He is also involved with the development of guidance materials, providing risk assessment training, conducting reviews of chemical toxicological profiles and PFAS risk assessment.
