Ramboll nominated 23 female employees to participate in the NASSCOM Foundation Program Women Wizards Rule Tech (Tech4all). Designed exclusively for female professionals from various job roles irrespective of their technical background, provided our colleagues with a self-learning journey and platform.

Vidya Basarkod, Country Director – India, stated, “We are so proud of the 23 women who invested their time and efforts into completing this program, and I encourage all employees to participate in such beneficial programs.”

Anjali Bansal, Engineer Water – REC, shared her experience attending the NASSCOM Foundation Program W2RT Tech4all. “The program enhances our understanding about emerging technologies for us to become aware of the platforms and opportunities that new tech has to offer. The program featured technical sessions based around six domains: Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Cyber Security and Robotic Process Automation. All the sessions were very well articulated and delivered by experts in the respective areas. These domains are leading the way forward into all the sectors, and we, as Engineers, need to integrate them into our work to maximise the benefit from it. I would recommend my colleagues to take up this kind of course if it interests you because it was truly beneficial for me.”
Congratulations to our 23 colleagues who completed this program – what an achievement!
